(as the patient),

This operation was a painless and quick procedure carried out by Mr. Ahmed, and his assistant, with every care taken to put me at ease during the administrating of the local anaesthetic and operation.  The team in the theatre were very focused on my comfort and kept me informed of what was going on at all times.

Two hours later they were finished, bandaged and cast fitted, and given a very welcome cup of tea and toast on my return to the ward.

The follow up care has been first class.

It is very encouraging to know that the process is working well. Most importantly it is great that the team are working well with the patient being the most important aspect.
