"an Outstanding GP"

I have just returned to Bath and randomly selected Monmouth Surgery as my GP Practice. What a delight to meet ( at 65) a lifetime first. My doctor is an outstanding member of her profession. The process began with a swiftly taken call by a very friendly and helpful receptionist. My appointment made I was delighted to be taken “on-time” unheard of in my previous experience. My doctor has a wonderful demeanour friendly, professional, genuinely interested and exemplary listening and questioning skills. She was clear in her explanation of personal issues, She out my mind at rest. She made feel I was the only patient she had been in her office all year! No one relishes a trip to their GP but I was delighted with my appointment. On leaving the icing on the cake- the nurse a offered to take by blood immediately as she had a space. The doctor ( Ms Super Efficient) had already put my details on the system so the lovely nurse got to work. Equally friendly and professional. I could not recommend the practice more highly based on this experience. 11 out of 10 THANK YOU ALL!! Ker Tyler
