I visited Kingston A&E Tuesday morning last week.
FIRST - There was some queueing and having to stand and wait for about 15 minutes. I think there should be a system where new arrivals get a number and take a seat while waiting. Then they get called in due course to register. Some children were getting impatient in the queue.
SECOND - Once registered it was quick, and I went to triage speedily and was directed to another waiting room, I did not wait very long before seeing a doctor and being treated. It was very professional.
THIRD - I got a text message from Kingston Hospital for feedback, but I did not reply to that as it was not free from my mobile. If you ask for feedback the reply should be free of charges.
OVERALL - Very good - thanks!
