I was seen by a female doctor last week who involved me in my care plan and was very polite and friendly. Today as part of that care plan I came to have my bloods taken by a particular lady who was also very professional, she had a student nurse in with her and asked me if it was okay for them to be present so I felt my dignity was taken into consideration. Both were very nice and calming. Appointment was on time. I have no complaints very good sevice today thank you.
