(as the patient),

I found the whole process of having a worrying lump removed in the day care unit made more pleasant than it should have been by the wonderful team that took care of me. I believe Pamela and Tracy are their names. I was understandably very nervous but their professionalism, caring natures and humour put me at ease immediately. I hope their efforts get noticed in such a large environment. Thank you!
