The staff here are always friendly, lovely. Nicki is particularly nice.
The car park was jam packed which made parking very difficult so we were 20 minutes late but it was ok in the end!
I come here for help with my arthritis. Nicki explains things very well, in detail. We can ask her questions. Sometimes there are little delays but nothing that's too inconvenient.
I am able to speak to the nurses directly if anything is concerning me, which is great. They advise me on diet and healthy lifestyle which I find really helpful.
I sometimes go to Stratton hospital but for anything serious they send me here anyway so I may as well come here every time. Quick check ups at Stratton are fine but otherwise, there's no point going there.
It is a long way to come but the hospital here is better equipped to cope with stuff.
