"Waiting time - Shocking"

About: Newham General Hospital

Appointment booked for 2:50pm, arrive at 2:40. We wasn’t seen until 16:15. My daughter was restless and no staff updated us on the waiting time until I asked. Anyone would have thought we was in the waiting area for urgent care. More doctors are needed in the rainbow centre and better management of appointments. Another bad experience in Newham General.
