"Cannot get my scan date for my 12 week scan"

About: Chase Farm Hospital

Been referred to chase farm by my gp to have my pregnancy scans. Have had no letter send to me I'm nearly 12 weeks and a first time mum. Trying to call the maternity unit being on hold for 45mins and no answer still. Cant get to talk to anyone. Or find out what is happening. Cant find out my scan date. Not happy at all!!!!
