Thank you Mat for all your support and encouragement. Unfortunately the consultant refused to meet with me today, and with support from you and the ward nurses on C ward I decided to leave with my parents.

I found the advocacy service really helpful and reassuring and am just really sorry that it wasted time for you when you stayed around on C ward on the understanding we would be seeing the consultant this afternoon.

I am going to be getting support from family, friends and the crisis home treatment team.

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on the support you received from Mat. It is disappointing to hear that you were unable to meet with your Consultant but it is good to hear that advocacy helped to reassure you.
