"Impressive Delivery of Service"

I needed a visitor appointment, rang at 08:15, seen at 09:05, out by 09:25 with my antibiotics. Staff were absolutely charming, especially given this was at the busiest part of their day. It seems clear that they deliver a great service to both the local community and to us seasonal visitors. Thank you.
