"Pointless"

What's the point in an NHS service that is almost impossible to access. Appointments have to be fought for and not often won. Receptionist love to diagnose patients but refuse to say what medical training they have. Only doctors surgery with multiple doctors I have ever been to where the waiting room is more often than not empty. If you get passed the Guardians of the Galaxy appointment book then the doctors seem excellent, the support staff are pointless.
