Left to cope with no help

"Left to cope with no help"

About: East Glade Centre

(as a carer),

My wife is under east glade. Need their support the other day rang for it. Told that she was not in crisis -  how did they know this as she was not assessed? So I felt like I was making it up. This is not the first time it’s happened.   

The first time it happened I was promised it would not happen again. No help what-so-ever.
