I have read the reviews regarding the Service/Treatment/Facilities at Charlton Medical Centre Oakengates. Are we talking about the same place ? I moved to Telford in April 2011 and registered at this practise. I have always received the most courteous - efficient - prompt treatment. I accept that I do not bother them unless I am "ill" but - as I am 66 and now have a Hernia/Arthritis/Osteoporosis and keep falling over and breaking things !! they deal with me promptly - politely - efficiently and I am and will be forever grateful. My prescriptions are now dealt with via the phone contact and I pick them up from Asda - no problem. What on earth does anyone else want.
I have to confess that I consider some of the reviews regarding this practise so wrong it would be funny if it wasn't so serious. Everyone at this practise, from the Doctors - Nurses - Reception are incredibly polite/caring and efficient - What else does anyone want. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED - I am lucky to be registered with them.
