"Rude and disrespectful"

I took my 3 year old daughter as both her eyes were very swollen and painful. I booked in at reception and was told I can have an appointment in 30 minutes, I waited for nearly an hour so I asked the receptionist what the hold up was as I was the only person in the waiting room, she replied "Well the doctor ain't here yet" and then got back to chatting to their colleague. I asked why she didnt let me know and she just shrugged her shoulders and looked away. I left and took my daughter to A&E. What a waste of time. Disgusting customer service
