In terms of the care, everything was very good.
Only one very critical complaint. Whilst staying on the hospital ward, the cleaner came in on a morning to clean the ward. She cleaned the floor with a mop and then to everyone's amazement, she then wiped around the toilet door with the same mop.
This is a serious error and should be addressed immediately.
