I had a Minor Operation appointment at Forth Valley and the team looking after my visit were brilliant!   Kirsty and Lauriann did a great job at reassuring me, helping me through the whole process and made sure  I was well looked after.   Arriving early, I expected a long wait, but not a bit of it.   I was in, seen and back out before I could even read my first work email - outstanding! !
