(as the patient),

I have annual visits to the Podiatry service @ Knowsley. I have always had good service.

However, on my visit just recently I was very impressed with the podiatrist Suzanna Grundy. I found her to be vey friendly, caring and her listening skills were excellent. I found her interpersonal skills to be exceptional.

I just found the time I spent with her a pleasure rather than a bind. Impressed!
