"Hydrotherapy"

About: Crosshouse Hospital / Physiotherapy

(as the patient),

After fracturing my shoulder at the end of April, I was in a sling for six weeks, because I was unable to use my arm normally I was referred to the Unit  at Crosshouse Hospital, Kilmarnock. The treatment I received from Louise & Joyce was excellent, thanks also to Carol for her help. I'm well on the way to a complete recovery..

I respond initially to most of the posts and ensure they are passed to the appropriate team whether they are compliments, observations or grumbles. It is important to make sure all issues are addressed and I try to encourage that to happen for all the posts as required.

Dear CEC,

I am really pleased to hear yu are so far into a full recovery. It is incredidible how much impact it has when we have one shoulder is out of action.

Thank you so much for taking time to share this with us. I will make sure the team, Louise, Joyce and Carol see your kind words.

best wishes,

Eunice
