I would like to commend your staff member, the physiotherapist for exceptional care and support. She visited my home on July 31st and August 1st regarding support for the late effects of my childhood polio. She is an excellent practitioner: she addressed all my questions, concerns, requirements and so on, with great courtesy and respect; she is a brilliant communicator.
As a polio survivor, living alone, I am hoping to maintain an autonomous life-style as long as possible. Meeting with the physiotherapist is the first stage of my exploratory journey into future needs and I couldn’t have wished for a more satisfactory introduction.
Please forward these comments, and my profound appreciation, to her. I trust you all are aware of her enormous contribution to your team.
