Above are two people who are involved with MS assistance regarding exercise
1) NATALIE - About 6 months ago she visited me at home and introduced herself. I was initially not embracing her wholeheartedly. But after regular appointments she has helped me step out of my "couch potato" attitude and start doing exercise which I have been religiously doing till today and not at any stage I want to be a "couch potato" again.
2) Gosia - I met this lady today as a speaker on the subject exercise and she works with Natalie. I was interested to relate my talk by her with my everyday experiences since Natalie
