I had a fall over the weekend, I went to A and E on Monday worth July, where under very busy circumstances I was looked after and received friendly help and advice.
Today I went to the Vanguard dept, lovely Staff and Surgeon's explanation of what was going to happen etc. I then had to have a splint put on my thumb, once again friendly and informative Staff.Thank you one and all. Dorne Nichols.
