"Good treatment in dreary surroundings"

No parking problems as i work nearby but do find it difficult when coming from home to keep hospital appointment on my day off.

Waiting rooms in eye dept/urology are so dreary. Esp the letter we are not all elderly that need to attend eye clinics.

Annoying that staff refer to how surprised they are, when they see you have a complaint normally asssociated with the elderly.

Corridors on the old bit remind you of a Victorian institution.

Love to thank Miss Mather and all her staff.

Might recommend her for eye treatment if were to go private and could be sure to get her - would use Kettering in future, nearer to where I live now.

Waiting times are better now too.
