I recently visited the James Paget for a Gastroscopy. My experience was very good from start to finish. I was anxious about the procedure but every member of staff took the time to make me feel reassured and explained what was going to happen. The procedure happened on time with very little waiting around. The department was clean and welcoming. I would like to thank the team for a very positive experience.
