"Completing the MBTi group at Heatherdene"

About: Community Forensic Services / Nottinghamshire MBT Service

(as a service user),

I recently finished the 12 weeks MBT introduction group (Notts MBT Service group in Mansfield).

I found the group sessions helpful as I found out more about Borderline Personality Disorder.  The sessions were really informative and the facilitators were very helpful and knowledgeable.

I am pleased that I attended all the sessions.

Thank you for this feedback, I'm pleased you found the MBTi sesisons helpful and that you were able to attend all of the sessions.

I'm pleased you found the sessions informative as they are not only a preparation for therapy but also a stand alone treatment to help support individuals to build their understanding of themselves.

Best wishes, Louisa

Thank you for this encouraging posting and for staying with the group for 12 weeks. This sort of work can be really hard but I hope it will provide a good foundation for the future.

With best wishes.

Peter
