(as a service user),

I have had several appointments with the neurologist department regarding prostate problems.   The service was very good and they helped me out a lot.   They sorted out what I needed and I am very happy with the service.   I have now been discharged and am happy where I am at knowing the necessary medical things are sorted for me and everything is in place.   Would like to thank the nurse specialist Jo.
