"12 Day wait for a prescription"

Put a prescription request in the box at the surgery on the17 july 19 for some unkown reason cannot get it on my monthly repeat prescription checked in at Superdrug a few days later they had not received my script

I phoned the surgery and after being told I may not have even put in a prescription request the Lady on the phone told me they had probably lost it and advised me to phone Superdrug and ask them to Fax the surgery with a urgent request for the medicines needed and the neccasary prescription would be dispatched the same day this was done with much reluctance by the chemist at this point it is 8 days after the initial request Visited the chemist on 26 7 19 still no prescription so once again I phoned the surgery and after waiting the usual 10 minutes for a reply was informed that the prescription was waiting to be signed and would be sent Friday evening

Back to the chemist on saturday the 27Julyno prescription

Back to the chemist on Monday the 29July rather irate the chemist informed me that the script had arrived at 11 45am is there a explanation for this exceeding poor service
