"Proud to have such a service within our locality"

Now I am fussy and some may say overly critical (which is probably the fact I am a nurse and expect good quality patient care!) but I am delighted to say that my husbands impromptu visit to A&E was everything it should be.

He was treated with respect, compassion and fully informed every step of the way (as I was and they did not know I was a nurse).

It is easy to criticise but credit where credit is due - the staff do a fantastic job in difficult circumstances and I was very impressed.

Special thanks to one particular member of staff. However, I hope not to see you again too soon! Many thanks and keep doing the fantastic work you do.
