My 86 year old mum has just had to spend a day in A&E and 1/2 day in SAU which included Ultra sound.every individual we encountered was polite, concerned, interested and informative.
From the surgeon to the lad who had to empty mum’s bedpan, junior doctors and nurses, ladies cleaning and ladies serving refreshments and the two ladies doing the Ultra sound. They all looked like they enjoyed their jobs, had smiling faces and treated us as the most important people to them at that moment. Similarly the paramedics and receptionists.
None could be faulted.
We have always been proud of the NHS and are also now proud of George Eliot Hospital
