"Phone call regarding a complaint"

About: Southampton General Hospital

After yet another appointment rescheduled i phoned up to have a word with the manager who was on duty today , I tried to explain that I’ve had my appointment rescheduled quite a few times now but I found the manager very rude as she wouldn’t let me have a word in edge ways and She kept talking over me and heard her in the background laughing at me and not talking my complaint very serious ,when I have an appointment I need my appointment on a Wednesday and at 1:30 pm because I’m 50 miles away and I can’t just walk around the corner and be there and because my appointment was rescheduled I’ve lost money yet again cause my husband bought the train tickets in advanced and not only was the manager rude she wasn’t very worried about the money I had lost . She just kept telling me that the whole clinic had to be closed because of the head consultant was on holiday and I couldn’t believe this to be true . You mean to tell me that the head consultant goes on vacation and then his clinic just goes on hold because he’s not there , what about the rest of his team what do they do when the clinic is closed ? That’s why I found this very hard to believe and the manager also accused me of cancelling my appointments not taking into account that I’ve told them time after time

I need my appointments on a Wednesday as I work and I need it in the afternoon at 1:30 because I’m 50 miles away and to be accused of cancelling my appointment cause they keep rescheduling them on the wrong dates I wasn’t too about to be honest .Hopefully all the cancellations will stop now cause this is very poor especially when I don’t get to see anyone for over a year that was a year before I went in May anyway
