"Appalling staff at maternity reception"

I am absolutely disgusted by the way the staff treat us expecting mothers! The staff at the reception are rude and are not happy to serve at any times that I have been here to see the consultant or to have a scan. I had come in on the 26/07/2019 to check in for my appointment and with two members of staff at the desk neither of them would serve! I am 33 weeks pregnant and very uncomfortable and they would rather see me stand!! I then approached one of them and they pointed to the other receptionist to see her! I went to the other lady and she saw me and carried on texting away on her personal phone!! Then after a while with a frustrated sigh she asked how can I help!

IF this is the way that all expecting mothers are to be treated then this is a rubbish hospital to come to! I do not recommend anyone to trust their unborn child in these people’s hands who do not care at all! All consultant meetings I had, I have always been more than an hour long wait just to be seen for 2 minutes!! It’s appalling treatment of care!! And I would not be returning her with any other pregnancies I may have in the future!! I am leaving this review so people can be aware of this disgusting service, but highly doubt anything would be done about this!
