Have phoned this hospital many many times since middle of May. All I get is the answering machine. I leave my name and tel. Number but still waiting for someone to call me back. I do know that some of the messages that I left have not been acted upon as I was due to have surgery 23rd May but I had to cancel and this I did twice but the messages were not acted upon as the ward called asking where I was. Why have answer machine when not following procedure of returning calls. No wonder hospital has so many missed appointments.
