Westway has been my doctors for many many years. The admin team are so helpful and friendly and go above and beyond to deliver a high standard of care to me. The call me to update me on medication and appointments and are very chatty, supporting me at anxious times! They showed great understanding and sympathy at a difficult time. The facilities are suitable for the patients always clean. The information provided in the waiting room and clinic rooms is appropriate and helpful and I love the antibiotics advert on the TV! The doctors are friendly and always listen to my concerns and worries and support me well. Even if I don't see my regular GP I still feel my GP care is consistent and they are always caring. I would recommend this doctors to anyone as they treat me with dignity and respect.
