"Negative review's pattern"

About: Adult Mental Health Services - Community (County) / Rushcliffe Local Mental Health Team (LMHT)

When going through these reviews I found that there is a pattern! The experiences people have had with this team resemble each other and are recurring over and over again. Issues raised include problematic delays with prescriptions, miscommunication, and total lack of respect for the patients who feel ignored and frustrated. I am appalled that nothing has been done to tackle the root cause of these problems. It seems like desperate people are trying to use reviews as a means to get responses to urgent requests and needs that are not happening when and where they should. I urge the 'NHS website ratings and reviews' to be less harsh and allow the publication of honest and courageous comments/reviews that aim to improve the services being provided to all, and increase transparency. Serious measures need to be taken to find out what is actually going on with Rushcliffe Mental Health Team.

As a mother of a young adult facing mental health issues, I am at the edge of insanity due to the lack of professionalism and responsibility of most members of staff... Imagine what my son is feeling and the impact this is having in his life and well-being!
