"No for anyone who works"

About: Avonside Health Centre

Not very happy - rarely use them apart from for contraception.

Had to use them to redo some vaccinations - spoke to a nurse face to face about vaccinations she said I would have to book an appointment but I would need 1 or 2 vaccinations.

I rang up 1 month before going on holiday they said I had to fill in a risk assessment form - I had already told the nurse all the information on this form and they also have my records but okay I did it anyway.

Because I work they couldn't fit me in for 3 weeks and I had to ring up on the morning. Fine.

This then turned out to be wrong information, I had to personally hand in the risk assessment form (no email) of which doesn't have any information that isn't already on the system and also I didn't have to wait 3 weeks I would then have got an appointment probably one of which I could attend because the nurse doesn't work past 5pm.

I was then told I had to quickly rush my risk assessment form in the week before holiday - I got to the reception and they told me there were no appointments that week! What a waste of time! So may procedures that waste your time, and for people who work it is impossible to jump through these hoops!

To top it off because they strung me along for so long places like boots no longer have any appointments left!

Do not recommend!
