staff always polite and treat me and my family with respect. Phone lines are sometimes busy but always manage to get through after a few attempts. when I do get through the receptionist is happy to help. Care i receive from all the doctors is always fantastic and the Nurses are lovely too. I have never experienced any of the things others have said in the bad reviews/
