"Amazing service"

An amazing surgery who I do admit had some problems a couple of years ago. However it seems to me that patients have been listened too and real changes have been made (for the better.) On several occasions I've been offered appointments with the nurse practitioner, though at first I was sceptical I was pleasantly surprised by their professionalism and knowledge ( let me reassure you, if they believe your condition needs to be seen by a doctor, a doctor will need asked to consult with you.) I have never been so scared in all my life, I thought I would be put on pills and forgot about no no this wasn't the case, I was referred to another part of the NHS services and was seen within 24 hours. One very smart doctor recognised straight away i was in real torment. I was and still am given top quality care by my GP. and I am on the road to a full and happy future. If you are in any doubt about the care and professionalism you are receiving don't hesitate to ask to speak to the pratice manager. In my honest opinion I couldn't or wouldn't have had better care if I had paid privately.
