Rang and asked for a prescription wouldn’t allow it, asked for my families nhs numbers so I can change our doctors and her reply was do you not know it ? I said no that’s why I was asking her reply then was she doesn’t have time to give them for me ! Was very abrupt and rude over the phone not at all profession and even more so being a super visor, absolutely disgraceful
