My thanks go to the person who took my blood sample this morning, as they went out of their way to help me & carryout the blood test. This was because my blood test request form had an error on it, rather than send me back to the issuing Doctor/Department (at Barts) this member of Phlebotomy investigated the problem, resolved the issue & was able to take the blood test. Saving me a further visit to Barts Hospital.
