This surgery has been really disappointing for me. If you can get an appointment,. Most of the doctors here don't seem to want to take you seriously. You almost feel as though they don't care. There's one doctor in particular who is a complete nightmare to deal with. They are always trying to get you to see a nurse instead of a doctor! I have private healthcare thank heavens. The surgery is always running late. I wish I could go somewhere else, it's bad.

Dear Patient,

We are very sorry to hear that you have encountered difficulty in booking an appointment. Our appointment telephone lines open at 8am Monday - Friday, we also offer online patient access to book appointments, up to 10 day pre-booking appointments and walk in at 8am for same day appointments. There is also an extended hub service which we offer when there is availability to see a Nurse or GP in a local medical centre. I am sorry that you feel you are not taken seriously by a Doctor, however I can assure you that as a Practice we aim to provide the utmost care and duty to all of our patients.
