"disabled parking at the present time"

About: Basingstoke and North Hampshire Hospital / Dermatology

It is not easy to find the disabled parking areas with all the work going on at the front of the main entrance. How does one get to the back entrance 'A' without having to use steps? I finished up in the main car park, which is not where I wanted to be...the direction signs are very bad.
