"Utter waste of tax payer money"

Went to Physio a few weeks back and the utter disrespect and lack of care really shocked me. She informed me that the pain I feel is subjective and when I told her about the areas of pain I experience throughout my body she didn’t want to know despite asking me where my pain was! She had the wrong notes at the start. And basically told me my life long chronic issues aren’t real even though o have multiple diagnosis, She’s made me feel as though I was on trial for my disability and had to prove my illness opposed to actually helping me. She wasn’t interested in the arthritis that I’m suffering with that is in the actual area I was referred for. She also informed me that gardening isn’t manual labour, despite being in agriculture all my life which incidentally is causing me problems now and reason I was there in the first place. She asked me ridiculous questions which weren’t relevant. In fact I didn’t even realise it was physio I was signed up for as I thought my doctor referred me to the spinal specialist. Cant wait for my private hospital appointment as they have done leaps and bounds for me already setting me up with MRI and specialists in the correct area that needs attention. What are all us tax payers paying for? Waste of time, money and effort on all sides.
