When I went to the surgery there wasn’t much people in the waiting area the lady on reception was very nice didn’t keep me waiting. And I have to say I didn’t have to wait long for the doctor normally you would have to wait ages for her but she called me in quite quickly.

I know we all moan about the surgery it’s not there fault they are trying. I am also pleased with the mob app I have you order your prescription on line and make appointments which I use all the time and I have to say I always get appointment it is called (patient access). It is what it is all over the country there are problems with the doctors but if you have a problem with yours or a member of staff speak to them there and then or ask for the manager.
