"Really appalling treatment"

The reception staff at this surgery are unprofessional and pick on vulnerable people. They are rude on the phone, are not helpful, even with elderly cancer patients. The last time I went there for my myself I had just been through some personal medical tragedy (I know they weren't to know but...) and the staff at reception acted so rudely that I started to cry. No one did anything. I have never been there since, I have changed surgery's. I advice people to stay away
