"Outstanding staff , friendly and makes you feel..."

I couldn’t fault the staff neither their clean environment . I read some reviews before l went to this clinic 88 Southgate house in basildon. I was a bit worried due to comments, how ever they treated me superbly and l don’t know some other people’s experience saying they are racist or rude or don’t answer the phone. Let me tell you, the number you ring to get appointment or your results are the call centre and agree call centre is rude, especially after waiting an hour to answer the phone to make an appointment or getting your results. I was born in Cyprus so l didn’t experienced any racism at all. I would recommend them to anyone. It is your health at the end of the day and you shouldn’t wait for any symptoms to go and get checked. It is like a gp you go there get your concerns out the way if necessary get your blood test and that is all. They don’t judge you. In fact l recommend them to any one. I don’t even know anyone of them trust me. I even made and appointment for my kids to go and get checked as it is very important to teach them that it is part of your health check. If you don’t go to your doctor to have regular check ups you wouldn’t know if you have anything wrong with you or even a cancer as not always gives you a symptoms. This is the same. When l went there it was just to check the clinic as l am in the wheelchair and l can’t even have sex. I wanted my kids to see me that it is ok to go and get checked and no one is there to judge you. I wanted to be example to my kids. I am glad l did go as l managed to get one of my kid to make an appointment and go there. Make sure you know who you complain about. If they deserve the complaint fair enough but you know what we don’t do enough praise people thinking it is their job. Yes it is their job, how ever it is important how they make you feel. It is like your barber if they are boring and they cut your hair and say £10 please you pay and go nothing special. When you visit other barber and they welcome you and talk to you to see how you are and day has been even on top of that when they offer you a drink. Now you tell me, will you go to first barber or second barber. We all know the answer. Buy the way l was born in Cyprus but l grew up and worked here more than l stayed in Cyprus.Thank you again.
