(as a relative),

I just want to say a huge thank you to the fantastic staff, especially the nurses on the day of my nan passing away. They were truly special and was compassionate and even down to minor details such as getting all relatives chairs and refreshments means a lot.

Please again could you pass on our thank you as a family to the Ward.
