"There's nothing to be afraid of"

I had a Tonsillectomy done at BGH Melrose Day Procedure Unit and I’d like to thank everyone who helped me that day.

Nurse Gillian took me over everything and kept me informed about what will be happening next. The procedure itself (done by Dr Carr) was PAINLESS! It’s been over 24h now and I feel great! I wish other people who wait for their tonsils getting removed knew there’s nothing to be afraid of. 

I had a great experience with you and I’m very grateful. It might be result of that good vibe you’ve got going on at your Unit or the quality of your staff. Whatever it was- thank you!!
