(as the patient),

I attended the day surgery at forth valley royal to have a lump removed from my side. The nurse David who carried out the procedure was absolutely brilliant. From the minute I walked in the room he put me at ease. I'm quite a squeamish person but he kept me distracted from what was going on with his stories and what can only be described as patter. Well looked after. Well treated. If this was trip advisor I'd give David and his very nice lady nurse assistant both 5 shiny stars.

Thank you very much for your wonderful review. I can be a bit of a chatterbox when given the chance, my excuse is I am trying to ease the patient's concerns and it seems to have worked in your case! ( but it really just helps the day fly past more quickly )

The stars are a lovely gesture... unless trip advisor rates you out of ten???

Shiny stars sound so much more valuable though.

Hopefully everything is going well and you are healing as planned.
