"Fantastic staff"

About: Royal Blackburn Hospital

My mum was in ward C9 after breaking her wrist she's 86.The staff have been very helpful nothing was too much trouble they never once said I'm to busy or just a minute. They never stopped working staff nurses are just 2 but I can't remember all there names. Just wanted to say thankyou for every hug they gave mum ,people are quick to complain but I think that they all need a 50% payrise. Thanks again

Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your Mum's admission to Ward C9 at Royal Blackburn Teaching Hospital after breaking her wrist.

It is lovely to receive such positive feedback regarding the care and service your Mum received during her stay and we are delighted to pass this on to the staff who will very much appreciate your comments as they always strive to deliver safe, personal & effective care.

If you would like to provide us with further information about your experience then we would really value this so that we can try to make it like this for every patient visiting our hospitals and using our services.

You can either contact me (Sarah Ridehalgh) on 01254 734471 or by email at patientexperience@elht.nhs.uk.

Thank you again for commenting and best wishes.
