"Couldn't get a GP appointment"

About: Purley War Memorial Hospital

(as a parent/guardian),

Couldn't get a GP appointment for my 8 year old daughter who had earache - We came to Purley hoping to be able to get an appointment.

We waited about 1 hour (thought it would be longer as the waiting room was very busy) and saw the Drs. We left with antibiotics, picked these up from the chemist next door with ease.

Whole system was smooth, easy and my daughter got the treatment she needed quickly.

A vital service when it is harder and harder to see a GP for an emergency.
