Ijust havent found 1 doctor there that has time to actually listen to you.I have been for a medication review today and i asked the doctor if they could just check on a dodgy looking raised skin patch that i have. I got told to make another appointment. Bearing in mind the problems with skin cancer out there i thought this was pretty bad. A very rushed appointment with an abrupt doctor

Thank you for taking the time to write a review of the service you received at Brook Lane Surgery.

We run a 10 minute appointment system.

If every patient took just 5 minutes longer than their allocated time, that doctor would be running 90 minutes late by the end of their morning clinic.

We have notices in the waiting room asking patients to book a double appointment if they have two issues to discuss.

I can see that you were with the doctor for your allocated 10 minutes but I will pass on your comments to that doctor.

Please contact me to book an appointment for the issue there was no time to discuss.
